Party Booking Policies

  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 1041 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Wesley Chapel, Florida, 33544
  • Do I need to sign a waiver?
    Yes, a waiver is required for all children before they enter the play area. You can complete the waiver online through our website or at the café.
  • What is WonderGrounds Play Cafe?
    WonderGrounds Play Cafe is a stylish and family-friendly space where kids can play while parents relax. We offer a thoughtfully designed indoor play area, a premium café experience, Birthday Party hosting and a welcoming environment for families
  • Do I need to make a reservation?
    No reservations required. Walk-ins are welcome as long as we are not at capacity.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open everyday from 9 am to 7 pm. Follow us on social media for updates regarding holidays!
  • Do I need to supervise my child while they play?
    Yes, parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times while in the play area.
  • What age group is the play area designed for?
    Our play space is designed for children 10 and under.
  • What is included in a Day Pass?
    A Day Pass grants all day access to our play area. Pricing varies based on age.
  • Are grip socks required for play?
    Yes, for safety and hygiene, grip socks are required in the play area for everyone, including adults. You may bring your own or purchase them at the café.
  • Do you offer memberships?
    YES! Our memberships come with exclusive perks, including: 10% off Birthday Parties 10% off Café Beverages Free refills on drip coffee and tea One (1) Grip Sock per member Access to Member-Only Events
  • Do memberships auto-renew?
    Yes, our month to month memberships are set to auto-renew monthly for your convenience. You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Our 12 month memberships are not set to auto renew.
  • Can I drop my child off and leave?
    No, WonderGrounds is not a drop-off facility. Parents or guardians must remain on-site at all times.
  • What kind of food and drinks do you offer?
    Our café serves premium coffee, tea, and kid-friendly beverages, along with light bites, snacks, pastries and cakes.
  • Do you have allergy-friendly options?
    We strive to offer allergy-friendly options, but please check with our staff for specific dietary accommodations.
  • Can I host private events at WonderGrounds?
    Absolutely! We offer private event options. Contact us for details and availability.
  • Can I host a party without booking a party package
    No, outside parties or group gatherings are not permitted without a booked party package. Our party packages provide reserved space, exclusive use of the party room, and added benefits to ensure a great experience. Guests who bring party decorations, gifts, cake, or attempt to gather for a celebration in the general café or play area will be required to book a party package or remove the items.
  • Do you offer birthday party packages?
    Yes! We have multiple birthday party packages to fit different needs and budgets. Members receive a 10% discount on party bookings.
  • Do you provide decorations for parties?
    We have multiple themes available for your child’s special day. If you have a specific theme in mind, let us know, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life!
  • Play Area Rules
    All adults & children must wear non-slip socks in the play area. Socks are available for purchase if needed. Non-slip socks will be provided for the children attending the party, but not for adults. Adults are welcome to bring their own or purchase a pair at the cafe if needed." No outside shoes or bare feet are allowed in the play area.
  • Party Food & Drinks
    Outside food & drinks are only allowed in designated areas. Cakes, cupcakes, and desserts must be nut-free for guest safety. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest Limits & Supervision
    All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Each package has a set guest limit. Additional children may be added for $15 each, based on availability.
  • Event Timing & Clean-Up
    All decorations, food, and personal items must be removed by the end of the event time. Need extra time? A $150/hour fee applies. WonderGrounds provides trash bags, but hosts are responsible for trash disposal in designated bins.
  • Deposit & Payment
    A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Any additional time, guests, or add-ons must be finalized and paid one week prior to the event.
  • Cancellation & Refunds
    Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 5 days' notice, subject to availability.
  • Photography & Liability
    WonderGrounds may take photos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance. WonderGrounds is not responsible for lost or stolen items. By booking a party, you agree to our waiver and liability policy. By attending a party, you agree to our waiver and liability policy.
